Price:65 cents per special warrant; each special warrant is exercisable for no additional consideration into one unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant; each whole warrant is exercisable into an additional common share at 90 cents per share for a 24-month period.
If the prospectus qualification does not occur before the qualification deadline, each holder shall have the right to exercise the special warrants, without payment of additional consideration, and receive 1.1 units per special warrant.
