Goldmoney to trade on TSX April 21

Goldmoney Inc. will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the open on Thursday, April 21, 2016, according to the TSX. The TSX reports the company is a financial technology company that operates a full-reserve and gold-based financial services group. It operates two client-facing services through Goldmoney and Bitgold. Goldmoney is an on-line service that offers precious metals dealing, custody and payment services, while Bitgold services customers through the Internet with a platform to purchase vaulted gold using a variety of electronic payment methods. According to the TSX, the company has not declared, and does not have plans to declare, cash distributions

As stated in the company's Feb. 24, 2016, news release, Goldmoney recently completed a bought-deal private placement of 9,394,828 shares at $3.90 per share for $36.63-million. The TSX reports that it has granted the company's application to list 74,619,008 shares, of which 65,539,963 shares are issued and outstanding, and 9,079,045 shares are reserved for issuance.

Goldmoney's shares will trade on the TSX under the symbol XAU and Cusip No. 38149A 10 9. They will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange.
