He was employed as an investment advisor for a period of 7 years and brings with him more than 10 years of senior management experience. Mr. Sharp obtained his MBA from Simon Fraser University in British Columbia in 2003 and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario in 1991.

Treasure Mountain Mine
The Treasure Mountain Mine is a high-grade silver/lead/zinc vein hosted deposit that currently has over 4,000 metres of underground development on four levels, over a vertical strike of 295 metres. Huldra has been underground mining since May 2012 under a 60,000 tonne per year small mines permit and previously mined a 10,000 tonne bulk sample. Exploration activities are presently focused on expanding the underground resource and defining additional mineralized structures on the mine property.
Merritt Mill
The Merritt Mill is a newly constructed 200 tonne per day crushing, grinding and floatation mill located a trucking distance of approximately 70 minutes from the Treasure Mountain Mine. The Company’s first lead/silver and zinc/silver concentrates were produced and shipped in November 2012. Commercial production was announced as of March 2013.
The Merritt Mill is located on real property, mineral claims, and mineral leases which formerly comprised the historic Craigmont copper-iron mine. Huldra Silver purchased the property, claims and leases in May 2011 for the purpose of constructing the Merritt Mill.
