The Markets:

Charts Courtesy of http://finance.yahoo.com/

“Brent oil fell about 3 percent on Monday and U.S. crude hit six-year lows on signs of higher output in the United States and Libya and a possible nuclear deal that could end sanctions for Iran, allowing more of its oil into the market.”

The U.S. dollar fell as the euro bounced back from last week’s 12-year low ahead of this Wednesday’s fed announcement.

Treasuries rose on speculation that recent weak economic data will keep the fed in a dovish mindset.

The Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P followed European equities higher on hopes for continued easy monetary policy around the world.

Among the big names making news in the market today were Procter & Gamble, Life Time Fitness, and Valeant.
