The Metals:
Gold edged up to $1207.30 in Asia before it fell back to $1195.83 by late morning in New York, but it then bounced back higher in the last five hours of trade and ended with a loss of just 0.24%. Silver slipped to as low as $16.619 and ended with a loss of 1.3%.
Euro gold fell to about €1104, platinum lost $11 to $1150, and copper fell a couple of cents to about $2.73.
Gold and silver equities traded mostly slightly lower and ended with about 1% losses.

Despite the fact that US markets are closed tomorrow for Good Friday, the labor department will still release its jobs report for March.

Oil ended about 2% lower on hopes that a deal can be reached with Iran over its nuclear program.
The U.S. dollar index dropped on worries about tomorrow’s jobs report.
Treasuries fell on decent economic data that sent the Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P mostly higher.
Among the big names making news in the market Friday were CarMax, Lumber Liquidators, Micron, Apple, Spotify, and Goldman Sachs.
