The Metals:
Gold fell $6.60 to $1317.10 in Asia before it jumped up to $1327.50 in early New York trade and then dropped back down to $1318.70 by a little after 10AM EST, but it then climbed to a new session high of $1328.30 in early afternoon trade and ended with a gain of 0.16%. Silver rose to as high as $16.652 and ended with a gain of 0.12%.
Euro gold fell to about €1070, platinum gained $0.50 to $962.50, and copper climbed a penny to about $3.13.
Gold and silver equities waffled near unchanged and ended mixed.

The Markets:
Oil fell over 1% more on continued concerns about rising US production.
The U.S. dollar index dropped and treasuries rose on political uncertainty that sent the Dow, Nasdaq, and S&P roughly 1% lower.
Among the big names making news in the market today were Dick’s, Greencore, GE, Broadcom, Boeing, Apple, and Amazon.
