Finally, Dylan was also responsible for managing the manufacturing and purchasing of the Smart Cement additive. Bill Murphy, GATA Chairman Murphy grew up in Glen Ridge, N.J., and graduated from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University in 1968.
